Return And Exchange

STEP : 1
Email us at to raise your return request. Please mention your reason for return and your NAME and/or ORDER number. We will send you a return label.
STEP : 2
Pack the product back in the box. Place the return label outside the carton and be sure to remove all other labels on the carton. You may drop off your return at any of UPS or USPS locations, as per mentioned on return label.
STEP : 3
Our team will assess the product, once it reaches our warehouse.
STEP : 4
Please allow 7-10 business days after your return is received and approved to receive your refund.



The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies to online purchases made through Please do not return items purchased through to any independent specialty retailer or any independent website selling APNY apparel products. No returns will be accepted without a receipt from APNY apparel. In addition, please do not return item(s) bought at an independent specialty retailer or independent website to These returns must be returned to the original store or website where purchased.

If you are not happy with your online APNY apparel purchase through for any reason we will gladly accept returns of merchandise that are in its original condition, unworn and unwashed within 14 days of the original purchase.

Please mention in your email the reason for the return. And your NAME and/or ORDER number in order for us to process the return/exchange. Place return label on box and pack item(s) securely. Attach the enclosed UPS/USPS label to your return and drop off at any UPS/USPS store. The purchase price of the merchandise, less the original shipping cost, will be credited back to your original method of payment. We will deduct a return postage fee of $9.00 when our UPS/USPS label is used. We will process your refund only if the item will be in perfect condition. The product tag should be attached to the item when you will process the return. Credit card refunds will appear on your credit card statement within two billing cycles. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return. 
For exchanges please note on your email what you would like in exchange. We will send you the UPS/USPS label. Once we will receive your item, we will ship your exchange item. We will charge you $9.00 exchange fees. 
Final Sale: Sale items marked at 50% off or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Please do not send the package C.O.D. as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. If you prefer to pay your own return shipping please use a shipping arrangement that allows you to trace and insure the return.
