- We accept returns for items purchased only through the APNY online store www.apnyapparel.com.
- We accept the return within 30 days of the original purchase.
- The return item should be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the APNY tag.
- Please include the packing slip inside the package when you will return your product.
- Final Sale: Sale items marked at 50% off or more are considered Final Sale. Those products are not eligible for returns.
- We are not refunding the shipping cost.
- Please allow 7-10 business days to process your refund, after we receive your return product.
- Please go to our Return Portal to process your return. CLICK HERE for Return Portal.
- Enter your order number and Email or Phone number to find your order.
- Click on to the Find your order.
- Select the product you want to return.
- Select the return option.
- The return request will be reviewed and approved within 2 - 4 business days.
- You will receive the return label through an email and need to be printed.
- Please make sure to include the packing slip inside the box.
- Once you will attach the return label outside the box you can bropoff your packge to the nearest UPS or USPS store(according to your return label).
- A return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Please return your current item which you want to exchange.
- Place an another order with the correct size.
- We will process the refund for your return item as soon as we will receive the product.
