Frequently Asked Questions

1. DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
YES, we offer Free Standard UPS/FedEx Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders (except HI/AK/PR/VI), subject to a minimum order value of $100. A Non-Refundable charge of $8 will be applied to all orders below $100. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and an additional 4-8 business days for shipping.
2. DO YOU OFFER FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Unfortunately, no, currently we are not offering free international shipping. All freight charges as well as any duties and taxes will be charged at the time of checkout.
3. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order with us, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and an additional 4-8 business days for shipping.
4. HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER  HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has been shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
5. WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as you submit your order. Once your order is successfully authorized, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail.
6. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept the following payment types: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. 
7. HOW DO I SUBMIT A RETURN?
Please submit a return request at support@apnyapparel.com. Once your return submission has been submitted, we will send a return  label. Please use the packing slip provided and place unwanted items inside the box with your return. Place the return label outside the carton and be sure to remove all other labels on the carton. You may drop off your return at any UPS/FedEx location, as per mentioned on your return label. Upon approval of your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7-10 business days after approval to receive your refund.
8. HOW LONG IS THE RETURN TIMELINE? 
We will gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Orders after 30 days will not be accepted.

Please note that we only accept returns purchased through our online store www.apnyapparel.com.

9. HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
At this time, we are only accepting exchanges for different sizes of the same style and color. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange after contacting us at support@apnyapparel.com. Please mention the different size you want in the email. Send the item you want to return and your exchange order will be shipped out once you have shipped your return to us. Please allow us 7-10 business days for the whole procedure.
10. WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
The transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7-10 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a confirmation of approval. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution)
11. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
In an effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel an order once it is placed. We offer free returns should you need to return an item.
