1. DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer Free Standard UPS/USPS Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders (except HI/AK/PR/VI), subject to a minimum order value of $100. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and an additional 4-8 business days for shipping.
2. DO YOU OFFER FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Unfortunately, currently we are not offering free international shipping. All freight charges as well as any duties and taxes will be charged at the time of checkout.
3. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order with us, please allow 2-4 business days for processing and an additional 4-8 business days for shipping.
4. HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has been shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
5. WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as you submit your order. Once your order is successfully authorized, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail.
6. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept the following payment types: Applepay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or PayPal.
8. HOW LONG IS THE RETURN TIMELINE?
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.
Final sale items are not eligible for return. Sale items marked at 50% off or more are considered Final Sale.

9. WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
The transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7-10 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a confirmation of approval. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution)
